How to Modify Desktop Alerts in Outlook
I'm using Mailspring on Windows 11 and when I get a Windows notification when new mail has arrived. But when I click on the notification, Mailspring doesn't. Open Settings, System, click on Notifications & actions on the left side. Find Mail in the list and make sure it is set for Banners, Sounds and. Currently, it is not possible to configure individual email notifications for each email account in Mailbird, but it is on our roadmap.

In outlook new app there is a setting "Send notifications when outlook is closed" i have enabled it so i receiving notifications even when outlook is completely closed, but i haven't tested that after logging into windows after boot do i get the notifications of any mail account or not if i don't run the outlook, i assume that as i enabled this setting "Send notifications when outlook is closed" i will get the notifications after boot the windows and without running the outlook app itself. I thought maybe it's a Windows feature, maybe I'm disabling the notifications in some way when I click on them to open them, but I can't figure it out.
